Your Spoon-Friendly Closet
A styling journey to feel like yourself again — in your new body.
Does this sound familiar?
Since your diagnosis, surgery or treatment, your body has changed. Your favourite jeans don’t close anymore. That blouse rubs right where your scar is. Getting dressed in the morning costs you spoons you’d rather keep for the rest of your day. And some days, the woman in the mirror doesn’t quite feel like you.
This isn’t vanity. Feeling good in your clothes is part of healing — because the inside and the outside go hand in hand.
What we’ll do together
A personal journey, just you and me: 3 sessions that follow your energy and move at your own pace.
1. Getting to know you — and your body today
We talk about what has changed, what you love, what you miss, and what your body needs now: comfort, easy fastenings, soft fabrics, room for a port or a scar.
2. Your closet edit
We go through your wardrobe together, piece by piece: what still works, what can be adjusted, and what’s ready to go.
3. Your style plan
I bring everything together into your personal lookbook, and we walk through it side by side.
One month later: your check-in
