Spoon by Spoon, dressing the body I'm in
What if you could enjoy dressing up again?
This is a private 4-session journey to rebuild your wardrobe, your confidence, and your relationship with yourself, so getting dressed stops costing you spoons you don't have.
The body you have today isn't a temporary detour before you get back to how it used to look before. It's the body you're living in right now — and it deserves your full attention. The longer the closet stays a source of stress instead of ease, the longer you postpone feeling like yourself. Because the most beautiful outfits come from self-acceptance.
Fashion was never built for a body that changes. Most styling rules, from "flattering silhouettes" to capsule wardrobe templates, assume a body that stays still: no flares, no fatigue, no fluctuating mobility, no days that ask for something different from yesterday. Style fits every body — and yours too.
If you've been feeling like…
A stranger to your own reflection, dressing a body that no longer feels familiar
Overwhelmed every time you open the closet, unsure what even still "counts"
Forced to choose between comfort and feeling put-together — never both
Imagine if…
You know exactly what's in your wardrobe, and every outfit you could create from it
Getting dressed on a hard day takes two minutes, not twenty
You can pick any outfit and know you'll feel good wearing it
This private, four-session journey with a check-in 3 months later is build entirely around your identity, your body, and your energy. Away from standard rules around morphology or colour analysis, I work with tools drawn from adaptive fashion, enclothed cognition, and fashion therapy.
Session 1 — The conversation → we'll speak about who you are, what makes you you, your relationship with your body and self-image, capturing the present moment and looking towards the future
Session 2 — The wardrobe detox → this is about sorting deeply through your closet: keep, adapt, or recreate outfits from what's already yours
Online: you do a first loose sort ahead of time, then we go through it together by video, item by item.Session 3 — The personal shopping → a curated session, so shopping becomes joyful rather than overwhelming, building habits that come from confidence rather than frustration
Online: either a curated shortlist from adaptive and accessible brands that we refine together live, or a "shop with me" call you shop inSession 4 — The closing → you'll leave with more than tips, a personal style book you can return to anytime
Follow-up, 3 months later → we check in together, to adjust anything that's shifted since we last met
790€ — covers all four sessions plus your 3-month follow-up.
For you if:
You're managing an illness, disability, or a body that's changed, and you're ready to work with it, not against it
You want real, lasting tools, not a one-day shopping that fades in a month
You're ready to do some honest self-reflection alongside the practical wardrobe work
Not for you if:
You're looking for a quick makeover or a single shopping trip with no deeper work
You want someone to hand you a generic "rules for your body type" list
You're not ready to look honestly at how your relationship with your closet has changed
FAQ
How much does it cost? The full journey is 790€, covering all four sessions plus your 3-month follow-up.
I'm not in Berlin — can we still work together? Yes. All four sessions can be delivered fully online, with the same depth as an in-person journey. In-person sessions are available only for clients based in Berlin.
In which language can the sessions be held? Sessions are conducted in English regardless of format (or French, if you prefer).
What if my body or health keeps changing during our work together? That's expected, and it's part of what this method is built for. The tools you leave with are designed to adapt with you, not depend on things staying the same.
Is this therapy, or styling? It's styling with real identity work, because clothing decisions rarely make sense in isolation from how you feel about your body and your life right now. It's not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
What happens after the four sessions end? You leave with your personal style book. Three months later, we check in together and after that, a Spare Spoon Session is always there if you need it.
There are no rules, only what makes you feel like yourself.
