A circle for the days you don't want to carry alone.
The Spoon Circle — a monthly gathering, online or in person in Berlin, to talk honestly about body image and self-image, surrounded by women who understand it from the inside. No fixing, no advice you didn't ask for, just a safe space to be seen and understood.
Illness, disability, and physical change tend to isolate you in a very specific way. Even though you are surrounded by people who love you, few of them can really sit inside what it's like to live in a body that's changed. That gap isn't your fault, and it isn't something you're expected to explain your way out of, over and over, to people who mean well but don't live it.
The circle is a small, intentional group so it never feels like a crowd you have to perform for
A new focus each month, shaped around a specific group → so the conversation actually reflects what you're going through, not a generic topic
Space to talk or simply listen → so there's no pressure to perform openness before you're ready
Gentle tools, never prescribed → so you leave with something useful, without being told what to do with your body
No pressure to speak. Come once, or every month, there's no wrong way to do this.

You need a fully private, individual space : this is a shared circle, not 1:1 support
